A very unassuming hole-in-the-wall. A small dining area with a much larger kitchen in the back. Folks were streaming in to order or to pick up. A very busy place. Food was really good. I enjoyed their pork dumplings with the perfect balance of dough to meat. I spent $37.94, including the $5 tip, and received fried dimplings, egg rolls, small pork fried rice, and small chicken lo mein. I think that's a great deal!

Been coming here for years ever since it first open . Michelle ( owner) is kind , helpful and so nice. Food is delicious, fresh and pipping hot. Family owned business so go out and try their food. And always support local business.

Very friendly and accommodating to any allergies, store was clean and very cozy. Nostalgic to when I would grab Chinese food with my family when I was younger. Quite reasonable prices for the specials especially, would have liked a tiny bit more sauce on the general tso's and orange chicken, but still delicious and filling.

First time trying Chinese food in Portland Maine. I had the beef and broccoli, pork fried rice and chicken wings. Everything that I had was amazing you could taste the seasonings in the beef and broccoli. This was my first time eating chicken wings with any breading(traditional) but I was surprised on how tasty the wings were. 5/5

At Me health Urology, asked for a rest in area , EVERYONE said EVERGREEN.. Stopped in , did not disapoint.. Dinner suggestions 28 and 31.. WHAT A VALUE for GREAT food ,and soup also..FRESH tasting , hot and a lot of it , took some home ..From N.H. and as Arnold S said "i'll be back"..GREAT AAAAA+++++++

D5 Cantonese LoMein - Chicken, 1 eggroll, BBQ Pork, Pork Fried Rice, EggDrop Soup, 2 Fortune cookies: $16. 1st time 4 myself - snack of Springroll & 1 Chicken on a stick previously prompted trying a meal. Served piping hot, good-sized portions, and NOT swimming in fat. Expected more flavor, however. Undoubtedly low salt in taste - not a bad thing, just unexpected. Also more onions in the LoMein than expected - that being said needed a bit more cooking they did. Staff MOST warm, friendly, & helpful to interact with, very hard working, organized preparation - all take out when I dropped in. Location is excellent for meal pick-up after work. Looking forward to my next visit. Too focused on consumption to take photo - maybe next time!

Got the dinner special - great value for the amount of food. Pretty good for this style of Chinese food. I really liked the crab rangoons. It's largely a takeout restaurant, so the ambiance in the restaurant is not great.
